Bookings and consultations

Consultations and visits are arranged by appointment. Please provide accurate contact details and reasonable access to your home at the agreed time.

If you need to reschedule, we ask for as much notice as possible so we can offer the slot to another client.

Pricing and payment

Our services are generally charged by the hour unless otherwise agreed in writing. We will confirm rates and any additional costs before work starts.

Payment terms will be agreed with you in advance of services being delivered.

Access and safety

You are responsible for ensuring our team can work safely in your home and that any hazards are disclosed in advance. We reserve the right to pause or decline work where conditions are unsafe.

Liability

We take great care in private homes and maintain appropriate insurance. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be limited by law.

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control.
