Before we meet
You do not need to tidy specially. We have seen homes at every stage, and our role is to understand how you live — not to assess whether you have cleared the surfaces. If it helps you feel more comfortable, a quick tidy is fine, but it is genuinely not expected.
It is useful to think about:

- Any upcoming changes — a move, renovation, new baby, busier work schedule
- Whether you are looking for a one-off project or ongoing home help

We walk your space together
Once we understand the brief, we tour the areas you want to address. That might be a single wardrobe, a kitchen and boot room, or a whole property you are settling into after a move.
As we walk, we discuss what is working, what is not, and what your ideal outcome looks like. We notice flow — where clutter gathers, which cupboards fight against you, which rooms already have good bones waiting to be unlocked.
Founder Gemma brings a BA (Hons) in Graphic Design to every project, which means layout, visual balance, and functional zoning are considered from the start. We tailor a plan to you
Based on our conversation, we propose a bespoke plan: the scope, the suggested sequence, the timeline, and the investment.
Our service is charged by the hour, so you only pay for what you need. That might mean:
- A focused half-day wardrobe detox
- A full kitchen and pantry transformation
- Weekly or fortnightly bespoke home help
- A seasonal reset before a busy period
We are transparent about time estimates and happy to phase larger projects across multiple visits. If you are not ready to proceed, that is completely fine — the consultation still gives you clarity and a roadmap you can act on in your own time.

Do I need to be there for the whole visit?
We prefer it for the walk-through, but we can adapt if your schedule is tight.
